A few weeks ago I had the privilege of working with the wonderful Gust family. It was great to catch up with Laurie and her husband, Brooks, both of whom I went to high school with. They have two beautiful children now. Laurie was so excited for their session, especially since they hadn’t had photos taken since their son had been born. He is just a cutie pie. We even took some special photos of her daughter who is a clogger with the Southern Sweethearts. Sessions with sweet families like this one is the reason I love being a family photographer!

Here are a few of my favorites from their session at Windsor Castle in Smithfield. They all look so great in their red, white, and blue and the blanket was made by Laurie’s grandmother. I just love when clients bring special props that mean a lot to them. 🙂
