My heart is happy when my toes are in the sand and water and I am so thankful that I’ve had so many wonderful families wanting beach sessions this summer. I had the privilege of getting to capture some vacation memories for the Gawlas extended family while they were visiting Sandbridge beach. All of these families were so sweet and wonderful to work with. They were wrapping up the end of their vacation week and preparing to head back to their homes all over the country. What better way to end the week than to have some fun photos to document it all!

The littlest members of the family totally stole the show. They were all beach babies and loved the sand and water. Once they got mostly free rein they were laughing and having a ball. That’s my favorite part of capturing memories for families, letting the personalities really shine through. Kids love to play and that’s when I get my favorite photos. The fun and playfulness and their innocence and love of life right there in that moment. It’s pure joy.
