I love having past clients return and seeing how much their little ones have grown since our last session together. I’ve been photographing the Zwick family since their little guy was just a baby.  Now little Owen is a sweet, handsome young boy. He had a great time exploring Fort Boykin Beach in Smithfield during their photo session and loved checking out all the seashells. His daddy even taught him how to skip some rocks on the water.

The Zwick family brought their nanny Yaddi with them as well, which I absolutely loved. I could tell immediately that she and Owen share a special bond and they consider her part of the family. They had such a great time playing in the water and throwing shells in the water. It’ll be wonderful for Owen to look back and see these special photos and remember all the wonderful memories of time spent with her.

This summer has been absolutely wonderful. I have just loved every single beach session and I am so thankful that so many families has asked me to capture their special moments at the beach.  As the light changes and summer comes to an end, I know the crisp fall weather will soon be here. But my toes have been extra sandy this summer and for that I am so grateful.
